I know there are damned few of us left here. I have been thinking about this place a lot, seeing the Big Brother commercials. This board was the most fun I've ever had typing. It makes me sad that it's gone, and I guess all the special people who made it fun are gone too. We were one darn fine group. I miss you.

I go to keithx's but he sold out recently, so now it's strictly BB6, and i just got back from vacation, so i don't know if i'm even getting into bb this year.

I went up to Pa, and my son and his family met us there at MIL's so I played with my 2 yr old granddaughter instead of watching bb's opener.

I don't know if it's just me, but I have a hard time getting into it these days. I always think back to the first couple of years here -- especially year 2 and it was SO fun! It's just not the same these days.

The BB producers have moved the show to a piece of articifical, manipulated, fake drama.

The big deal this season, all the houseguests are part of "secret" pairs.....is all to create fake drama. Boring. I've watched some episodes, when I think to turn it on, it is no longer appointment TV even for summertime.

If I had access to GSN, I'd much rather be watching the nightly TAR repeats (different episode in sequence every night of the week...beginning last Monday with seasone one, episode one.) That is much more preferable, IMHO.

ROFLMAO On that one TS! I just simply can't get into BB this year. way too fake, and that Howie,,, oh I'm not even going to state how little i think of him.

My kid's (grown adult's now) found out dear ole Mum hadnt' read the whole Harry potter series yet, as i couldn't rationalize spending that kind of money on books, when $ are so tight around here, so I've been blessed with books 1-5 in PDF format on my PC, so I'm spending the summer with my new fav wizzard. Much more entertaining than a bunch of B rated wanna be actors. MY DH is still hooked, so I know I'll keep up with him chatting on and on about BB, but for now????

and it's more boring than ever. Sheesh. They have just ruined BB. Don't they get it that having all 20 something pretty people it is WAY too tedious. At least have the token oldster -- they don't even do that any more. I guess what was the point -- they got voted out early with the brain impaired cadre taking over every year. Tedious.

I'm not even watching BB6, or trying to keep up. DH is going crazy as he hates to read, I wouldn't let him wast money on the feeds, so he's stuck with just the tv show! Poor baby

I've read the entire Harry Potter series instead, so now I can know what my eldest grandaughters and Son's are talking about.

Now that Hells Kitchen is over, I guess I'll try that U think U can dance, but I'm not holding out much hope on that one.
