The rumor is that there will in fact be 18 and that 2 survivors from a recent season will be returned to the game. Don't know if it is true, but it is a rumor.

I read this thread, until the "Where'e Willo" post! I feel kind of like Waldow! LOL
Things have been busy here since the end of July. One of my dearest friends died of esophogeal cancer, and she stayed with me in Denver through much of her treatment. It was only 4 months from diagnosis to death -- not enough time for her husband to deal with it -- he's a mess. My husband got his house ready to sell. His ex-wife has been living in it for 13 years( the last 8 without him) and she finally moved in with her boyfriend and gave him his house back (just a note -- always get a good lawyer when you divorce, no matter how friendly it seems at the time!). So, he sold it a few days after he finished getting all the trash out and made more than he thought on it, so it's good. I started graduate school again. Argggg! I started a new job in March, and agreed to finish my masters. But over the summer I decided I didn't want to finish what I'd started in 1994, so I am starting over. I am studying Curriculum and Instruction, and I like it. And finally, my husband finally got another job! He had been out of work most of the last 2 years. He is a computer geek, old school, and no one wanted to pay what he was getting, or if they did, they wanted someone with all the fancy certifications. So, he is back to teaching high school, and he seems very happy about it. Though teaching Algebra and General Science to inner city 14 year olds aren't my idea of a good time! |

I'm glad all is finally well with your Hubby and his job!
my part time job has dwindled down to one day a week. And since My hubby is the only computer tech there, he's running his butt off with no help now. Every once in a while when Hubby puts his foot down and tells the boss we have to be making enough money to bring in some help for me, the boss tries to help..(which usually means MORE work for hubby) needless to say The Christmas Rush better start soon, Or hubby is liable to quit! Once sales pick up, boss will bring me back to 3 day's a week , and hubby will stay organized and have help w/ simple repairs!.. I'm Sooo Sorry to hear about your friend. That rotton sneaky cancer does tear family's apart offly fast.. My Mother was 6 months from diagoniss to death. Way tooooo fast. I didn't know your hubby was a teacher. I never did get the hang of algebra, but then Science was a whole other story. loved it. do you teach also? |
